Battlefield 2042 devs respond to aim assist concerns after 3.1 patch update

A Battlefield 2042 lead developer addressed aim assist concerns after players noticed the 3.1 patch update did little to help those on console. DICE are targeting the biggest issues in BF 2042 now that players have had a chance to get a few weeks of gameplay under their belts. Among the first big adjustments came to loadouts that failed to load for players, Specialist balances, and a more consistent aim assist.

Bubzkji in talks with Astralis over future

Astralis are currently working with unsettled player Lucas ‘Bubzkji’ Andersen to sort out his future, the Danish organization have confirmed to Dexerto. Bubzkji’s Astralis future has become increasingly uncertain since he was left out of the team’s starting lineup for PGL Major Stockholm — a decision that he publicly admitted left him “devastated”. The 23-year-old, who still has over eight months left on the two-year contract that he signed with Astralis in July 2020, was listed on the roster for the BLAST Premier Fall Finals when the Danish organization announced the double signing of Benjamin ‘blameF’ Bremer and Kristian ‘k0nfig’ Wienecke on November 4.

An unreleased Finisher move for Mirage has been found in the Apex Legends game files, and many are convinced that it’s meant to pay tribute to the iconic Joker character from the 1989 Batman film. Apex Legends remove ‘emote hopping’ glitch everyone loved

Apex Legends has secretly removed the ‘emote hopping’ feature that players grew to love in the 1.73 update with the Genesis Collection event, despite no word of it in the patch notes. The update brought a number of changes to the Apex Games, including nerfs to Octane and Bloodhound, while weapons such as the Spitfire and Longbow saw several balancing changes. Earlier in Season 9, players discovered that they could emote while jumping, allowing for infinite creativity options and allowing the best players to really style on their opponents, turning their emotes up a notch.
