Twitch star Asmongold reacted to a fan edit of John Oliver roasting him for losing his hair and let’s just say, it went about as well as some viewers hoped. Asmongold has been the subject of balding memes for quite some time. Although it’s painful for him to enjoy, he’s joined in on the fun, even naming his own Final Fantasy XIV character “Asmongold Bald”. A fan-edited clip of late-night talk show host John Oliver has made the rounds online, and Asmongold finally reacted to it in shock.

Riot Games have announced details of the next beta test for their upcoming digital card game Legends of Runeterra. Legends of Runeterra is a card game based on the League of Legends universe in a similar manner to the way Blizzard’s Hearthstone is set in the Warcraft universe – although there are some significant differences between the two as games. The game was one of many new titles unveiled by Riot as part of the League of Legends 10-year anniversary celebrations in October 2019, although it was the first that players got a chance to experience first-hand, with a limited beta taking place in October and another in November.

Ubisoft are bringing in Christmas in Rainbow Six Siege with the Snow Brawl event. The festivities include 10 new skins, as well as a capture the flag (CTF) game mode in a Siege first. Seasonal events are always popular in Rainbow Six, scaling back the serious tactical FPS into something a bit more light-hearted. The Snow Brawl event embodies that completely, with new skins celebrating the holiday festivities and a casual CTF game mode to boot.

The powerful Grau 5.56 assault rifle was finally nerfed in Modern Warfare, but whether or not the changes actually made a lasting impact in Warzone is still under scrutiny. Since the launch of Warzone, the Grau has been one of, if not the most powerful guns in the battle royale, to the point where a large majority of the player-base was calling for it to be nerfed. Asmongold hit back at a Blizzard employee who called him an “a**hole,” claiming that he “doesn’t care” and “talks sh*t about them all the time,” so it’s an eye for an eye. Asmongold is one of the most prominent and dedicated World of Warcraft streamers on Twitch. However, he’s been critical about the game for a long time now and has even tried to highlight Blizzard’s incompetence live on-stream. But it’s not the only MMORPG that’s copped his wrath.

UFC chief Dana White has admitted that there’s a place for YouTuber Logan Paul in the UFC — as rumors heat up of a fight between Conor McGregor and Logan’s younger brother, Jake. Jake has had a long-running feud with not just McGregor but with Dana White, too. He’s frequently called out the UFC boss over issues regarding fighter’s pay, among other things, and the two definitely aren’t on good terms.
