Just hours out from the full launch of Battlefield 2042, Electronic Arts have detailed the first update in early access, fixing key bugs, improving performance, and ironing out some network issues. With Battlefield 2042’s early access period winding down, EA has just announced the first patch ahead of the game’s full release on November 19. While plenty have chimed in with their fair share of complaints on gameplay issues, this update hones in on performance instead.

An early piece of Overwatch concept art could be a hint at what Blizzard may end up renaming the hero formerly known as Jesse McCree.  Some of the biggest news in Overwatch right now is that the game’s revolver-wielding cowboy DPS hero will be getting a new name. Why? Because “Jesse McCree” is an actual employee at Blizzard involved with the ongoing scandal. In an effort to distance the character from the IRL person with the same name, McCree will be officially getting renamed later on in 2021.

During a July 14 broadcast, Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg explained to viewers why popular singer George ‘Joji’ Miller had to end his YouTube alter ego Filthy Frank. The Swede revealed why he has “respect” for him over the decision. While many today know Joji for his chart-topping music, the artist originally got his start on YouTube making videos under his Filthy Frank moniker. The creator eventually retired the channel, and transitioned into a wildly successful singing career.

Rapper Daniel Hernandez, also known as Tekashi69 or 6ix9ine, recently went on record insulting David Dobrik during a vlog with SteveWillDoIt. However, after officially meeting the YouTuber, it seems as his opinion has changed.  Tekashi69 has had his fair share of trouble over the last few years, which has led him to serve time in prison for crimes he committed while in a gang. Since his release earlier this year, he’s continued to be a source of controversy.
