Riot has confirmed the Tahm Kench rework is “full steam ahead.” Their idea to “carefully balance” the River King, game designer Kevin ‘Captain’ Huang explained, was to target his two most iconic abilities: his deep-diving ultimate, and his ‘Devour’ mechanic.
