However, Blizzard addressed this very issue in their October 14 update on the servers, saying they were implementing WoW-style queues to prevent server issues as things get back on track. “This will keep the population at the safe level we have at the time, so we can monitor where the system is straining and address it before it brings the game down completely,” devs explained.

Once solved, participants — who paid $30.00 for the puzzle — would go to the site directed by the QR code, where they would find out if they’d won anywhere from 25 cents to $100,000.
